Rinheat to deliver a high-pressure accumulator tank for Sunds Fibertech Ab. The accumulator is a part of Sunds Fibertech’ s major upgrade project for their end customer in North America. The accumulator tank is set to be ready for delivery in December 2025.

Rinheat has received its fifth order for a renewal of a TMP-steam reboiler upperpart.

Rinheat has received its fifth order for a renewal of a TMP-steam reboiler upperpart. The installation of the new equipment is decided to take place in November 2025. The target for the project is to renew an old reboiler shell and heating surface area, that has come to the end of its lifecycle. The advantage of renewing only the upper part is that you can utilize the acid-resistant lower part, which is often in the same shape as new equipment. There to the renewing of the upper part gives the following advantages compared to a renewal of the whole vessel: - Lower investment cost due to less amount of new material - Shorter delivery time - Shorter installation time - Minor piping work. The new upper part nozzles can be installed in the same places - No foundation work - Possibility to use old instruments, platforms and pumps

Rinheat has received an order for a renewal of the TMP-steam reboiler for Hylte Paper mill in Sweden. The delivery contains a new reboiler upperpart and a new vent condenser. The installation of the new equipment is decided to take place in April 2025. The target for the project is to renew the old reboiler that has come to the end of its lifecycle and at the same time increase the steam recovery capacity. The advantages of renewing only the upper part is that you can continue using the lower part, which is made of acidproof material, is often in the same shape as new equipment even after the upper part, made from carbon steel, has come the end of its lifetime. Thereto the renewing of the upper part gives the following advantages compared to a renewal of the whole vessel:  - Lower investment cost due to less amount of new material - Shorter delivery time - Shorter installation time - Minor piping work. The new upper part nozzles can be installed in the same places - No foundation work - Possibility to use old instruments, platforms and pumps

Rinheat has successfully completed an upgrade of an evaporation plant

Rinheat has successfully completed an upgrade of the evaporation plant at Mondi’s containerboard mill in Kuopio, Finland. This upgrade involved the delivery of two MVR evaporators with a combined capacity of 200 tonnes per hour of evaporated water. This delivery is part of a larger modernization project, which includes enhancements to the woodyard, fibreline, evaporation plant, and paper machine.
