Multi-stage air heaters

Our multi-stage air heater is a heat exchanger that utilizes a straight tube structure. The air circulating in the device flows downwards from the pipe side and the shell side is divided into two or three compartments by tube sheets. This enables the use of vapors of different pressures in the same device.



In addition to equipment savings, our solution, among other things, minimizes the risk of darkening the fibers and enables the utilization of lower-pressure vapors. The air heater can also be equipped with an internal cleaning system that prevents the accumulation of fibers on the tube plate. Since all our devices are designed site-specific, other special solutions are also possible.
