Scrubbers

Gas scrubbers are part of the heat recovery process. Gas scrubbers act as a safe outlet for steam when the process requires it. The scrubbers remove the fibers from the incoming steam with a water jet and discharge the steam safely outside with the help of a pipe.



In the washer/condenser structure, the first part is intended to wash away the fibers and the second part is intended to condense the steam, resulting in hot water.

We are responsible for the design of the gas scrubbers and manufacture them with reliable subcontractors. Although our core competencies are equipment and process design, if necessary, we can also handle the project as a turnkey delivery.
